British Virgin Islands ESA Declaration 2021

Dear Client,

We want to inform you that we have set 30 September 2021 as the deadline for providing us with the 2021 ESA Forms duly completed.

This date will give us ample time to classify, solve questions and verify that all documentation is ready to report to the BVI authority before their deadline to receive the declarations uploaded into their BOSS platform.

We are enclosing the revised declaration form, together with the definitions of Relevant Activities, which have been created based on a legal opinion requested by Quijano & Associates to a BVI Lawyer. Please use them to fill out the declaration forms.
