Bahamas Securities Commissions Annual Entities Fee

Dear Client,

Please bear in mind that the Financial and Corporate Service Providers (Fees) Rules, 2020, approved by the Bahamas Securities Commission has established the amount of US$50.00 as fees payable by IBCs and ELPs on or before the 1st of April of each year.

This amount will be included in our annual invoices for your entity/entities registered under the jurisdiction of The Bahamas.
