Striking Off

Following section 272 of the International Business Companies, we present the amendments made to the Striking Off of companies due to non-payment of annual fees.

The amendment modifies the timeframe for a company to be struck off the register if it fails to pay its annual fee or any late payment penalty accrued thereafter. A company that does not pay its annual fees within 180 days of the due date will be struck off the register.
