The Registry of Seychelles has issued the Guidelines for the IBC Act and its new amendments.

Concerning the accounting records keeping requirements, please note that we now have the final templates of the followings:

1. Financial Summary (enclosed in pdf and word)

2. Director’ Accounting records Declaration to be used for companies which have not yet traded, that are dormant, or otherwise have no assets or liabilities (enclosed in pdf and word)

Kindly note that the new templates need to be used as of today. Concerning companies that have not yet traded, are dormant, or otherwise have no assets or liabilities, and already provided their template, there will be no need to have the same reissued on the new template. The same applies to the Financial Summary. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate on letting us know.
