This is a reminder that all Register of Beneficial Owners (RBO) and Register of Members (ROM) filings must be reviewed, confirmed, and ready for submission by 1 December 2025.

After this date, we cannot guarantee timely filing and will not be responsible for any penalties or non-compliance caused by system outages, submission backlogs, or other delays.

We will be sending you the draft RBO and ROM in the coming days for your review.

✅ Once you receive them, please confirm them immediately.

⏳ Waiting risks late filing fees and regulatory breaches.

Penalties for Non-Compliance:

• RBO: From $500 per month (up to $6,000)

• ROM: From $200 per month (up to $2,400)

The filing system has a history of shutdowns, including an almost three-month outage earlier this year. We expect heavy congestion in December, so early confirmation is essential.
